I remember being at his funeral and singing "not to say goodbye" after the service. Due to Mr. Weston's example and the love of Christ flowing through him (and so many of the other students in his class) I came to know Jesus as my savior. This past year I took my wife and kids to Sedona and couldn't help but think of Mr. Weston and his desire to retire there. God had a much better place of retirement planned for him. There are way too many memories of him to mention here.

Cancer sucks completely. I wish I could talk my way around that to you but we both know that isn't true. You are awesome in my book. You will beat cancer, teach, memorize minerals and continue to amaze us with your intelligence, wit and cool attitude. The #Twisterhood rocks as do you, Kristin!

Dear students and friends of Mr. Weston, Thank you! God is good by being part of his life in order to be bless and so that all of you may continue his legacy he left behind. His love transcends far more than anyone could ever imagine and yet he was willing to exemplify the very nature of God. I sit here in tears of joy knowing how much I cherish every words you say about my father. Your words and deeds carries great weight for me to follow yet with gladness. I now too can do the same for my students knowing full well that I am following in his footstep. This, I do praise God.

That sometimes helps me. But you need to do what you need to do. You've probably read my 'Voice' and seen my video on 'Voices of Survivors' #43, and I believe the 2nd most recent written word. Lately, I'm melting down, just so frustrated. Hang in there. I fucking hate this all so much too, and I'm so scared I won't finish school or reach any of my goals. It's super hard. If you ever need to vent, I'm around :-)

Amen! Fight that fucking cancer! It's terrible and hard, I'm right there with you. I started school and had to drop out. Trying to go back, had a few classes, and BAM Hello new cancer. Fuck you cancer! You deserve a temper tantrum, cry, scream, whatever you need. I'm struggling badly right now too. I am a mess. But if you need anything, and I can help, let me know.
