So, I wasn’t hungry today at all. I didn’t eat until 3 pm, when I had an egg white omlette (about 3 eggs worth), with mushrooms and scallions. Then I had a banana and some cherry tomatoes. That was about 3 points. 3 out of 24. You have to eat at least 90% of your points everyday, so I dug out my mac n cheese from last night and ate the rest of it. So, that’s about another 9 points. I still have lots left… but I’m not hungry.
